What we’re looking for - We are searching for a Senior Associate to play a critical execution role within the Modeling practice, supporting complex client engagements through the development of high‑quality financial models, analyses, and insights. This role partners closely with Directors and VPs to deliver rigorous, decision‑ready outputs while continuing to deepen technical and industry expertise.

What you'll do - Build and own complex financial models from the ground up, including cash flow modeling, scenario analysis, and valuation outputs.

- Translate client data and assumptions into structured, auditable models that support investment, transaction, and strategic decisions.
- Support deal and advisory engagements across sectors, contributing modeling insights to client deliverables and presentations.
- Review and QA models for accuracy, consistency, and clarity before client delivery.
- Collaborate with Directors and VPs to refine methodologies, assumptions, and modeling approaches.
- Contribute to case studies, templates, and internal best practices to improve modeling efficiency and quality.Describe the duties that will be carried out for the role What you bring - 2-3 years of relevant experience in financial modeling, transaction advisory,



consulting or related analytical roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field required.
- CPA, CFA, or formal financial modeling training is an asset.
- Demonstrated ability to build full financial models independently (from assumptions through valuation outputs).
- Strong Excel and financial modeling skills;

experience building models from scratch required.

- Exposure to transaction, advisory, consulting, or investment environments preferred.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem solving skills.
- The successful candidates must be able to travel with Canada and the USA.
