Position: Senior Business Analyst (Secret Clearance) Duration: 1 year contract with options to extend Hybrid/ Remote On behalf of our client at Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada (ISED), we’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support Digital Transformation Services Sector (DTSS). DTSS aims to maximize ISED's business performance through modern and progressive management of information technology (IT) services, policies, and resources. Must possess a Government of Canada Secret level security clearance 10+ years experience as a Senior Business Analyst Extensive experience working on IT transformation initiatives Develop work plans to meet business priorities and deadlines Proactively elicit information through interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, business analysis, and workflow analysis Analyze and validate business requirements Prioritize business requirements and develop traceability matrices Analyze and document as-is (current state) and to-be (future state) business processes Perform gap analysis Develop business process models Document comprehensive business cases to assess the costs, advantages, ROI, and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO)

All candidates must possess a current and valid federal government Secret Clearance. This is a business-to-business engagement. Candidates must represent an incorporated entity, hold a valid business number, maintain appropriate insurance, and invoice for services rendered.
