Role: Senior Business Analyst / Scrum Master / QA

We are looking for a highly experienced Business Analyst / Scrum Master / QA professional who can support business analysis, Agile/Scrum, and testing activities. The ideal candidate should have strong experience working across all three areas and be comfortable coordinating with both business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform Business Analyst, Scrum Master, and QA/testing activities.
- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
- Prepare and maintain functional and project documentation.
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams.
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and support QA activities.
- Identify, track, and help resolve defects and issues.




- Support project delivery and ensure requirements are properly implemented and tested.

Required Skills:

- 10+ years of Business Analysis experience.
- 10+ years of Testing / QA experience.
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies .
- Robust knowledge of documentation methodologies and requirements documentation.
- Experience working as a Scrum Master or leading Agile teams.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Fluent in both French and English is required.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.

Nice to Have:

- Experience working in large enterprise environments.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile/project management tools.
