Skanna Systems & Investigations Inc. is currently looking for a Full time Security Guard in Calgary, Alberta.

Schedule
FULL TIME
MORNING (6:00 AM TO 2:00 PM)
AFTERNOON (2:00 PM TO 10:00 PM)
Must be available for weekends as well.

Duties And Responsibilities
Use telecommunications (i.e. two-way radio, cell phone, telephone paging systems). Enforce regulations of establishments.
Respond to alarms, bomb threats, and other emergencies.
Access Control.
Maintain order and follow and adhere to post orders.
Follow radio and emergency telephone procedures.
Monitor security cameras.
Operate security control room equipment.
Patrolling.
Ensure safety and emergency procedures are followed.
Detect or prevent thefts and vandalism.
Report writing.





Qualifications, Required Licence, Or Certification
Must possess a valid Security Guard License.
CPR Level C Certified.

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
Qualified work ethics.
Must be able to stand for long periods.
Excellent computer skills and the ability to learn new computer programs site-specific.
Excellent Customer Service.
