Toromont Cat is looking for a Warehouse Person to join our team in Thompson! The role plays a key part in coordinating and executing day‑to‑day operations in the warehouse to ensure the entire team provides superior service to internal and external customers.

Compensation

$35,685 to $44,608. The listed base salary is just one component of our total rewards package, and performance‑based or discretionary bonuses may be available.

In a typical day, you will




Demonstrate protected, environmentally sound, and healthy work behaviors at all times in support of Toromont’s Health and Safety Policy, Programs and initiatives
Perform all daily functions of the Parts Operations including parts warehouse duties, processing shop and customer orders, stock order receipt and processing, picking and delivery of parts to internal and external customers, processing incoming and outgoing freight, and stock transfers
Ensure customers’ needs are met in an efficient, knowledgeable and professional manner
Help maintain the parts physical and electronic inventory
Provide on‑call service on weekends for emergency parts orders on a rotating basis
Safely operate a lift truck
Assemble hoses
Package and ship dangerous goods
Assist with the organization and control of inventory

Must‑haves for this role
