Randstad is seeking experienced FIFO HVACR Technicians for a permanent, full-time prospect based in Rankin Inlet, Nunavut. This role offers a unique chance to work in remote northern communities, supporting essential infrastructure and tackling current challenges daily. The ideal candidates will have a Red Seal certification, strong commercial HVACR experience, and a passion for problem-solving in harsh environments.

What You’ll Need

- Red Seal certification (required)
- 3+ years of technical and trade experience in commercial environments
- Valid class 5 license and good driving record
- Able to pass a criminal background check
- Excellent interpersonal and technical communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong client focus and customer service skills
- Physically able to lift up to 50lbs

What Will Make You Stand Out
