Elevate IT service delivery as a Senior ServiceNow Discovery & Service Mapping Engineer at RBC in Toronto. You will optimize ServiceNow solutions to enhance asset tracking and service mapping accuracy.
In this pivotal role, you’ll design and implement ServiceNow’s Discovery and Service Mapping solutions while ensuring CMDB integrity. You will work with cross-functional teams to transform data into actionable insights for proactive incident management. Your expertise in troubleshooting, along with your strong foundation in systems engineering or ServiceNow, will drive success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and deploy ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping solutions
• Troubleshoot discovery and mapping issues effectively
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with objectives
• Document technical processes and create training materials
• Mentor junior team members for skill development
Requirements:
• Solid background as a System Engineer/Analyst
• Experience with ServiceNow CMDB or Discovery
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) preferred
• Familiarity with IT governance standards
• Critical thinking and technical writing skills
