This temporary full-time position offers an opportunity to provide research-based information and connect families with community resources. You will support families in their goal development, maintaining flexibility to meet their unique needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish trusting relationships with families through home visits
• Assist families in their goal-setting process




• Maintain accurate records of visits and data collection
• Support families in accessing community programs
• Collaborate and work independently as needed
Requirements:
• Grade 12 education or equivalent
• Experience with children and families preferred
• Valid driver's license and vehicle access
• Recent clear Criminal Record Check required
• Ability to work flexible hours including some evenings
