The Tenant Support Worker (TSW) at Lookout reports to the Site Manager, embodying the organization’s mission to assist individuals with limited housing options. This role requires collaboration with tenants, developing service plans, conducting assessments, and crisis interventions to foster healthy living arrangements. The position entails ensuring basic needs are met over the long term.
Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in tenant intakes and support service delivery
• Develop service plans and crisis intervention strategies




• Maintain and complete necessary paperwork and evaluations
• Assist with external work related to tenant needs
• Work alongside volunteers and practicum students
Requirements:
• Diploma in Community Social Service
• Two years of relevant experience or equivalent training
• Recent sobriety of a minimum of 2 years
• Criminal Record Clearance
• Valid First Aid Certificate
