Senior Business System Analyst (UI/UX Project & Financial Services Industry Experience)

Location: Downtown Toronto, ON (Hybrid Role)

Duration: Long Term Contract role

Required Skills
Must have 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / Business System Analyst in Canadian banks.
Must have hands‑on working experience in Web Based Digital Banking Application projects.
Translate complex business processes and requirements into transparent functional and UI user stories.
Gather requirements from multiple non‑technical business and operations stakeholders.
Create process maps (as‑is and to‑be)



and gap analysis.
Communicate functional and UI requirements to technical and UXD team.
Highly preferred to have deep knowledge of SWIFT ISO 20022 MX message standards (pain.001, pain.002, pacs.002, pacs.004, pacs.008, pacs.009).
Understanding and working knowledge of the payments processing life cycle and interactions among systems within a financial institution and with the SWIFT network.
Proven experience gathering and documenting business and system requirements using tools like Confluence, JIRA, Visio.
