Travel Requirements

Travel is required 1-2 times per quarter to the Canadian distribution centres.

Qualifications

- Formal EHS qualification (e.g., CRSP or equivalent in Occupational/Environmental Health & Safety)
- Train-the-Trainer certification (highly desirable)
- Forklift and overhead crane certification (preferred)
- Demonstrated experience in warehousing, logistics, and transport safety environments.




- Proven experience in Incident investigation and root cause analysis
- Sound knowledge of Canadian OHS legislation and regulatory requirements, with a focus on British Columbia, Alberta, Ontario, and Québec.
- Experience delivering practical safety training and conducting operational assessments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to influence without authority and work independently across multiple sites
- Solutions focused with solid follow through and attention to detail.
