Responsibilities
Equipment sales with new/existing customers
Build loyal/long-term customer relationships
Provide top tier customer support & follow-up
Identify unmet customer needs & provide solutions
Develop cutting-edge strategies to increase sales
Stay current on knowledge of all sales related areas
Create brand awareness in your area




Conduct equipment/product demos

Requirements
Exceptional customer service & communication
Extensive knowledge of ag equipment
Education in Ag Business/Marketing/related field
Strong time management, organizational, computer skills
3+ years of previous sales experience
Knowledge of John Deere & competitive products
Significant independent travel, valid driver's licence
Ability to work versatile schedule, varying shifts, weekends, holidays if necessary
