The Construction

Manager will direct construction planning, scheduling and procurement for the Arctic Over the Horizon Radar Project, working with clients, unions, and internal teams to ensure safe, cost-effective delivery. Ideal candidates have 15+ years in construction, P.Eng. or CET, solid leadership, and a proven ability to manage traffic, permitting and safety programs while coordinating across disciplines on site.
