The Role

We are seeking a Senior Corporate Leader with expertise in Account Management, Client Onboarding, Operations, and Catering Management.

This is a strategic senior role designed for a results-driven professional who thrives in a multi-site, multi-function leadership environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Account Onboarding & Operational Transitions for new sites.
- Manage multi-site account performance and ensure KPIs are consistently met.
- Direct catering programs, including planning, execution, and client satisfaction.
- Mentor and supervise managers and site leaders.
- Collaborate with executive leadership on corporate strategy and growth.
- Uphold food safety, workplace safety, and company policies.

Qualifications

- 5+ years in senior food service, catering, or hospitality operations.




- Proven track record with multi-site account management.
- Solid leadership and coaching skills with a focus on results.
- Financial oversight experience (budgets, contracts, profitability).
- Ability to manage flexible hours (36-50/week) around seasonal peaks.
- Professional, respectful, and team-oriented.
