• Support teams and stakeholders in the continuous delivery of value according to the principles of agility at scale

• Optimize governance mechanisms and contribute to the evolution of the organizational roadmap

• Ensure consistency and alignment between different value streams and strategic initiatives

• Detect obstacles, dependencies and cross-team risks, then coordinate their resolution

• Establish, track and interpret performance indicators related to predictability, throughput, agile maturity and train performance

• Promote the use of cooperative tools and support their adoption by teams

• Train and support stakeholders in the application of agile practices at scale

• Act as a catalyst for agile transformation by driving continuous improvement and strategic alignment.

The profile sought is as follows: Hold a bachelor's degree in information technology, business administration, management or a related field; Accumulate at least fifteen (15)



years of experience in the field of information technology; Perform for at least five (5) years in an agile coach role or an equivalent function in a context of agility at scale; Demonstrate experience in strategy and data exploitation in complex organizational environments; Apply agile, hybrid, or traditional project management approaches in transformation contexts; Use collaborative and delivery management tools such as Azure DevOps;

Experience in carrying out strategic mandates within large organizations, an asset

• Knowledge of the health sector, an asset

• Hold a Scrum Master certification or equivalent agile certification

• Possess a Project Management Professional or Agile Certified Practitioner certification, an asset

• Demonstrate mobilizing leadership, excellent organizational skills and a strong ability to influence
