Delivery Manager Customer Success

Dallas / Chicago / Atlanta / Toronto / Lincoln / Remote] This role is aligned to our hub locations. While we’re especially interested in candidates in or near these areas, we welcome applications from outside of these locations as well. We’re looking for a Delivery Manager to join our Customer Success Team and help drive meaningful outcomes at the intersection of AI and insurance.

Agile and Lean Practices: Communication: Effectively communicates across technical and non-technical boundaries, building trust and authenticity.

Delivery Momentum: Optimizes team flow, addresses issues, and builds agile capabilities within the team.

Planning: Leads continual planning processes, extending beyond product delivery to post-launch support and benefits realization.

Lifecycle Perspective: Understands and contributes to different phases of product delivery, working with Customer Success and Product Lead for continuous improvement.

Team Management: Effectively manages a business analyst and a Customer Engineer. Proven experience in Agile project management, demonstrating successful implementation of methodologies. Track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery. Strong understanding of technology and its applications, especially in AI/Data Science products. Continuous learning mindset, staying abreast of industry trends in Agile practices.

Remote working experience: Successful remote working experiences.

Agile Certification: CSM, TKP, KMP, or KCP. Distributed teams, AI/Data Science products. 130,000 CAD to $140,000 CAD . Depending on the role, team members may also be eligible to participate in additional compensation plans such as bonus and commission.
