Elevate youth support through philanthropy as a Senior Development Manager at Kids Help Phone. Spearhead major fundraising initiatives while building partnerships across Canada in a hybrid role. This full time position reports to the Director of Regional Philanthropy and Partnerships.

You will oversee a major giving portfolio and develop strategic fundraising plans to secure six- and seven-figure contributions. Leadership, mentorship, and relationship management with donors and stakeholders are central to this impactful role. Key Responsibilities:

- Design and manage the major giving portfolio
- Develop a dynamic regional philanthropy program
- Provide mentorship to frontline fundraising teams
- Coordinate strategies to secure major commitments
- Maintain detailed records and forecasting within the database Requirements:
- University degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years in fundraising with major gifts focus
- At least 2 years of management experience
- Strong donor engagement and relationship-building skills
