Classification: Team Leader Field Technician (Cleaner)

As a Team Leader Field Technician (Cleaner), you will oversee and coordinate the activities of cleaning personnel to ensure clean, orderly, and attractive conditions in various settings. This role requires a proactive approach to manage the cleaning schedule, supplies, and staff assignments while ensuring all cleaning procedures meet health and safety standards. You will be responsible for training recent staff, maintaining equipment, and providing on-site quality control to achieve superior cleanliness and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess robust leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision.

Qualifications
Outstanding Customer Service Experience
Great understanding of Quality Control in the cleaning Industry
Detail oriented and ability to work alone without supervision
BC Class 5 Driver's Licence
Knowledge of interior and exterior commercial/residential cleaning techniques as well as post-construction cleaning techniques




Able to work in a fast‑paced environment
Willing to commit at least 2+ years with the Company
Be physically fit
Experience in a Restaurant is an Asset

Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate field activities of other workers
Attract new talent, train or arrange for training of cleaning staff
Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards
Assist in walk‑throughs
Recommend or arrange for additional maintenance services
Receive payment for specialised cleaning jobs
Assist cleaners in performing duties
Perform cleaning duties using power tools such as carpet machine and pressure washing in residential, commercial and industrial settings
Improve quality, productivity, and efficiency of field operations
Perform some junk removal related operations

Benefits
Salary $23/hr, 35–40 hrs/week
