Registered 3rd - 4th Year Apprentice Automotive Technician
Dealership experience is an asset
Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn
Team‑oriented, coachable, and professional
Strong diagnostic ability (electrical systems, drivability issues, intermittent concerns)
Identifies root cause issues—does not rely on unnecessary parts replacement
Confident performing complex and internal repairs with minimal supervision
Maintains high first‑time fix accuracy
Works with urgency while upholding quality and safety standards
High productivity with productive time management in a fast‑paced environment




Performs thorough inspections; consistently identifies additional service prospects
Provides clear, detailed documentation and communicates effectively with advisors
Understands impact on gross profit and CSI; actively supports both
Keeps work area organized and ensures steady vehicle flow with minimal downtime
Team‑oriented; supports fellow technicians and contributes to overall shop performance
Reliable and accountable; takes ownership of every repair order (RO)
Experienced in advanced diagnostics with a solid electrical background
OEM certifications or brand‑specific experience preferred (not required)
