POSITION DESCRIPTION:

We are currently seeking a part-time Dining Room Manager (25 hours per week).

ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborate with kitchen employees to ensure valuable teamwork
Contribute and ensure the maintenance of the cleanliness of the dining room by taking on some household chores, in collaboration with the whole team
Greet residents in the dining room and ensure their comfort
Perform other related duties




See to the preparation of cold dishes and desserts
Take orders, note specific requests from residents and follow up in the kitchen
Welcome customers and ensure the integration of new residents by offering them an adequate table

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
knowledge of a Maitre D's responsibilities (an asset)
At lease 3 to 5 years of experience in restoration
Good communication
Good team player
