We are currently hiring for two opportunities within our Customer Service team. Both positions share a robust customer service focus, with one opportunity also offering additional exposure to sales and customer solutions.

What you’ll do
Handle inbound calls from customers across Canada.
Support customers with inquiries and provide accurate, timely solutions.
Complete customer transactions in real time while navigating multiple systems.
Follow up on commitments and escalate unresolved issues when required.
Build positive customer relationships through active listening, ownership and excellent service.
Depending on the position, identify opportunities to support additional customer needs and solutions.

What we’re looking for
Fluency in both French and English is required.
2+ years of customer service experience.




College or University education, or equivalent relevant experience.
Strong communication, organization and computer skills.
Ability to manage priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
Confidence, sound judgment, initiative and a strong customer-first mindset.
Reliable high-speed internet suitable for remote work.

Schedule

Full time, 40 hours per week, within:
Monday–Friday: 8:30 a.m.–6:30 p.m. ATL
Saturday: 1:00 p.m.–6:00 p.m. ATL, on rotation
