Supervise, coach, and support IDC Business Partners in day-to-day market management and delivery of key deliverablesMonitor deliverables, priorities, KPIs, capacity, performance, and development across the regionAct as Business Partner for the most critical and largest IDCsDefine individual goals aligned with strategic priorities and the Regional MDProvide ongoing performance, accountability, and continuous-improvement coachingIdentify training needs and contribute to team skill developmentEnsure rigorous KPI and compliance monitoring, documentation, partner communication, performance reviews, and follow-up actionsReview team performance analyses and validate policy recommendations before escalation to the MDIdentify operational deviations and risks and recommend corrective actionsAct as the main relay between the Regional MD and the teamCoordinate collaboration between IDC Business Partners and Stations/ROMsCentralize and structure business needs and report trends, capacity issues, partner risks, compliance issues, and organizational needsContribute to departmental strategic planning and participate in inter-departmental meetingsHarmonize processes and policies in line with Global IDC Compliance requirementsImplement monitoring and optimization tools and support KPI improvement for underperforming IDCsIdentify process-improvement opportunities and support recent initiatives, technologies, and organizational changesSupport escalation, negotiation, mediation, and management of underperforming or non-compliant IDCsCollaborate with Operations, HR,



and Legal on sensitive situationsConduct regular station visits and maintain close relationships with ROMs and SMsServe as an internal reference for IDC best practices and promote Intelcom's partnership approach and valuesRequirementsBachelor's degree in administration, business relations, management, logistics, or a related field and 8 to 10 years of relevant experience, OR Master's/MBA and 5 to 7 years of relevant experienceExperience in team management or supervisionExperience in partnership development, account management, or an operating environmentKnowledge of independent contractor models (strong asset)Knowledge of small business challenges, strategic planning, and financial analysisEntrepreneurial background (strong asset)Experience in logistics or operations (asset)Mobilizing leadership and organizational maturityStrong analytical and data-driven capabilities using KPIsExcellent communication and conflict management skillsAbility to navigate a matrix environmentStrategic thinking combined with rigorous executionStrong relational intelligenceCore CompetenciesDemonstrates expertise in team management, strategic planning, and performance monitoring, with a strong focus on KPI improvement and compliance.
