THE ROLE

As Senior Director – Quality Control, you will act as an expert advisor to partners and teams and play a central role in maintaining and developing the firm's professional standards.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

- Ensuring that engagements comply with qualified, regulatory, and firm policy standards;
- Overseeing and developing the quality management system ;
- Developing and maintaining file templates, tools, and Work methodologies;
- Act as a resource person for teams regarding certification, accounting, and ethics;
- Coordinate inspections by the CPA Order and ensure follow-up on recommendations;
- Design and deliver technical training to support skills development;
- Act as a mentor and actively contribute to the development of the next generation of CPAs;




- Collaborate with partners on the continuous improvement of practices and the maintenance of the highest quality standards.

THE DESIRED PROFILE

- CPA Auditor;
- 10+ years of experience in a public accounting firm , including several years in assurance;
- Solid expertise in professional standards, compliance, and assurance practices;
- Strong interest in quality control, continuous improvement, and knowledge transfer;
- Excellent professional judgment and ability to analyze complex files;
- Ability to formulate clear recommendations and support teams in their implementation;
- Excellent communication, training, mentoring, and collaboration skills;
- Rigorous, structured, and solution-oriented approach.
