Job Overview

As an Assistant Store Manager, you support the Store Manager in all areas and take on primary responsibilities when the Store Manager is absent. Your role is to lead people, drive sales, maintain safety, and foster an inclusive workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the customer experience, ensuring every customer leaves with a great experience.
Help the store meet or exceed sales goals by overseeing operations, maintaining the budget, controlling expenses, and managing inventory.
Ensure safety by making sure all staff follows safety, security rules, and company policies.
Promote a culture of diversity, inclusion, and belonging.

Qualifications
At least 3 years of customer service or retail sales experience and 1 year of sales management experience.
Experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.




Self‑starter attitude with a drive to continuously learn and develop staff and customers.
Passion for all things hair and beauty.

Physical Requirements

The position requires standing, walking, bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, and lifting up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder. You may be exposed to fumes and odors on occasion.
