Aviso Wealth is seeking a Transfers Administrator to join the Transfers team for a 6-month term. You will handle daily processing of transfers, reviews, approvals, and escalated items, reporting to the Supervisor, Transfers.

The ideal candidate will have post-secondary education or equivalent experience, 1–2 years in back-office administration in a financial securities firm, keen attention to detail, and robust organizational skills. English fluency is required; bilingual French is an asset.
