Job Description Summary

Equipment Rental Specialist

Responsibilities
Support telephone and walk-in customers with rentals of all types of construction and industrial equipment.
Serve as the company’s front‑line contact, understanding customer equipment needs, negotiating terms, and placing orders.
Perform administrative duties and maintain professional customer satisfaction at all times.

Physical Demands
Require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, and lifting 50 pounds or more.
Work indoors and outdoors as required by the job.

Education and Experience
High School diploma or GED required.




Valid driver’s license required.
Familiarity with various types of construction and industrial tools and equipment.
Previous equipment rental industry experience preferred.
Robust customer service and telephone skills.
Solid computer and administrative skills.
Completion of the DOT Qualification process preferred.

Base Pay Range

26.85 - 31.88 (starting rate may vary based on location, education, training, and experience)
