As a Transformation Specialist, you'll oversee complex initiatives while aligning them with organizational goals. Key skills include project management, operational excellence, and effective communication. You will ensure projects meet established targets and timelines by developing actionable plans.Key Responsibilities:
Lead cross-functional project teams on transformation initiatives
Manage project charters, action plans, and communication strategies




Oversee governance structures and resource allocation
Ensure alignment with organizational strategy and best practices
Facilitate partnerships with internal and external stakeholdersRequirements:
Undergraduate Degree required, Master’s preferred
PMP certification strongly desired
System-based understanding of healthcare operations
