Prepare Notices under the Land Acquisition Act
Vet agreements for land acquisition processes
Attend hearings, advising the Commissioner of Lands
Conduct legal research and provide public advice
Collaborate with paralegals and other legal staffRequirements:
LLB degree and Certificate in Legal Education
Minimum three years of conveyancing experience
Certificate in Supervisory Management required
