In this role, you'll be a key player in delivering high-quality automotive dies, adhering to strict Cosma and customer standards. Your expertise will ensure timely project management, extensive communication with customers and vendors, and validation of projects.
You'll participate in cosmetic analysis and root cause investigations, contributing significantly to product quality and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver projects on time, ensuring compliance with standards
Update project timelines in DQEP system
Validate current projects through E-Review gates
Analyze performance based on Sigma studies
Train departments on processes and best practices
Requirements:
Engineering degree or 5+ years in tooling/stamping
Expertise in stamping formability simulation software
Robust knowledge of CAD software, preferably Catia
Understand GD&T; and metallurgical failure modes
Experience in health, safety, and environmental standards
