Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities
Provide customers with accurate quotes and pricing information
Communicate with customers to ensure they understand the different printing methods offered
Use best judgement to determine which printing method to use to yield the best results for the customer
Inform and guide customers on how to navigate the website
Ensure tickets yield a KPI of 1-business day maximum wait time
Maintain customer relationships through professionalism and speed of service
Create mock-ups on an artwork software, such as Adobe Illustrator
Provide feedback to customer service manager in order to better improve work processes
Handle phone, email,



and in person communications.
Trouble shooting customer complaints and providing the correct solution.
Provide brand/product recommendations to customer based on their wants and needs.

Requirements
Fluent in English
Proficient in Adobe Illustrator
Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
