Our client, a boutique wealth management practice in Markham, ON, is seeking a highly organized, client-focused, and proactive Client Services Specialist to support their advisory team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in a wealth management or investment advisory environment who combines exceptional client service with strong judgment, attention to detail, and independent problem-solving skills.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting financial advisors, managing client relationships, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the practice. They will be comfortable taking ownership of client and operational issues, thinking through solutions independently, and knowing when to escalate matters to the advisory team.
Compensation
$60,000 – $65,000 base salary
Fully in office role in Markham, ON

Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for clients, delivering a professional, polished, and high-touch client experience across phone, email, and in-person interactions
Manage advisor calendars and coordinate client meetings, including scheduling, confirmations, and preparation of meeting materials
Monitor and manage multiple inboxes, ensuring timely, accurate, and qualified communication with clients
Support advisors with investment
