Oversee production and maintenance teams across three shifts

Analyze production efficiency and provide operational insights
Develop engineered line drawings for labor optimization
Ensure compliance with operational procedures and quality standards

Requirements:
Post-secondary education in operations management
Ten years of production or manufacturing experience
Five years in a managerial role
Lean manufacturing or Lean Six Sigma expertise
Solid understanding of automation packaging equipment
