With a robust focus on French employment law, you will independently manage high-risk disputes and collaborate across departments to influence business decisions. Provide expert legal guidance on complex employment matters
- Manage high-risk employment litigation and disputes
- Lead cross-functional projects including restructurings
- Draft and negotiate employment contracts and policies 7+ years in employment law, in-house or private practice
- Expertise in French employment law required
- Fluent in English and French; Spanish or German a plus
- Proven ability to manage high-risk litigation independently
