A leading organization in Canada is seeking a Senior AV / Broadcast Operations Lead for a contract role. The position requires over 8 years of experience in studio AV and broadcast operations, as well as hands-on skills in live video switcher operation. The successful candidate will lead AV operations for live broadcasts and podcasts, providing technical guidance while maintaining high broadcast-quality standards.

Solid communication skills and collaboration with executive leadership are essential. This is an onsite role requiring regular in-person presence.
