Key Responsibilities:
Implement current technologies to meet department goals
Support IT Coordinators with technical issues




Create documentation and train team members
Manage Service Desk requests and resolve promptly
Perform regular infrastructure maintenance activities

Requirements:
Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
At least 7 years of server administration experience
Robust troubleshooting and communication skills
Advanced knowledge of VMware and Windows Server
Ability to pass security clearances required
