Develop and integrate CPC’s organization-wide impact practice with the Chief Commercial & Impact Officer Maintain an organization-wide view of CPC’s impact portfolio and recommend priorities, sequencing, investment potential, risks, and capacity Strengthen intended outcomes, delivery models, measurements, and long-term sustainability of initiatives Lead selected cross-functional impact initiatives and partnerships Develop and implement CPC’s impact measurement and social value practice Develop theories of change, outcomes, indicators, and evaluation plans Establish processes to collect, analyze, and report impact evidence Use evidence and learning to strengthen program design and inform investment decisions Build and maintain a pipeline of impact evidence and stories across CPC and PFC Translate evidence into stories, impact reports, case studies, summaries, and decision materials Translate research and evaluation findings into practical tools and recommendations Build relationships across CPC and with external partners Lead planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for assigned initiatives Manage consultants, researchers, and evaluation partners Represent CPC in working groups, consultations, and sector initiatives Assume an assigned cross-functional role during Games and major events Requirements Seven or more years of progressive experience in social impact, strategy implementation, program development, evaluation, partnerships, or a related field Demonstrated experience strengthening complex initiatives and moving cross-functional work from concept through implementation Experience developing theories of change, outcome frameworks, indicators, and practical evaluation approaches Experience translating evidence and program results into transparent reports, investment cases,
and compelling stories Strong strategic thinking, project leadership, analytical writing, presentation, and relationship-building skills Experience influencing across teams and working with senior leaders, funders, corporate partners, community organizations, and complex stakeholder groups Relevant post-secondary education and/or equivalent professional experience Asset: Experience developing impact-led partnerships or propositions for corporate, philanthropic, or government investment Asset: Knowledge of accessibility, disability inclusion, the social model of disability, UN Sustainable Development Goals, or social value measurement Asset: Experience working in sport and alongside athletes, people with disabilities, or lived-experience advisors Asset: Bilingualism in English and French Primarily work from within Canada Ability to travel to Ottawa several times each year or as required Overnight and international travel, off-site work, and evening/weekend work during busy periods Core Competencies
