Our client, a leading financial institution in Downtown Toronto, is looking for a Senior Manager, Technology Strategy to partner with SMEs across all functional groups to gather requirements, understand processes, and design solutions that address diverse business needs. Source-to-Pay Technology Strategy: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic engagements, ensuring alignment with technology enablement and change management best practices. Partner with SMEs and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with strategic goals.

Build robust relationships with Procurement, Business Units, and cross-functional teams to drive successful technology adoption and alignment.



Proven experience in Procurement S2P Technologies including Intake & Orchestration tool and process design. Strong expertise in technology enablement and change management.

Expert-level skills in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel: pivots, complex logic, lookups). Courage to challenge the status quo and drive innovation. MBA and/or similar discipline with Technology or Analytics focus Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, or a related field.
