What you will be doing: Deliver personalized, attentive, and knowledgeable service that exceeds guest expectations Act as a passionate storyteller for Botanists menus, ingredients, and sustainability philosophy Guide guests through food and beverage selections, offering thoughtful recommendations Maintain strong product knowledge of food, cocktails, wine, and non-alcoholic offerings Anticipate guest needs and create memorable dining experiences through genuine hospitality Work collaboratively with culinary and beverage teams to ensure seamless service Uphold all service standards, health and safety guidelines, and liquor licensing regulations Maintain a polished, professional presence aligned with Botanists luxury brand Other duties assigned Qualifications Your experience and skills include: Ability to focus attention on guest needs,
remaining calm and courteous at all times A passion for hospitality, food, and exceptional guest service Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume luxury environment Curiosity and interest in local ingredients, sustainability, and Pacific Northwest cuisine Attention to detail and pride in presentation Team-oriented mindset with a positive, professional attitude Serving It Right certification required Previous experience in a fine dining or luxury restaurant workplace is an asset Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Additional Information Your team and working environment: Youll join a passionate, knowledgeable, and collaborative team that values creativity, respect, and excellence.
