Platform Lifecycle & Roadmap Management: Oversee the evaluation and deployment of system updates and platform releases; partner with functional business units to map out technical roadmaps and prioritize feature adoption.

System Configuration & Technical Sustainment: Deliver advanced configuration support across core application functional areas, handle break/fix triage, manage system security architectures, and maintain high-performing data integrations with downstream vendors.

Project Leadership & Business Analysis: Lead system enhancement projects from initial scoping through to operational transition; translate complex workflows into clear design specifications, test scripts, and data mapping frameworks.

Reporting & Data Insights: Design, build, and maintain structured data warehousing, advanced analytics, and custom ad-hoc reporting solutions to empower leadership with actionable business intelligence.

Stakeholder & Vendor Collaboration: Act as an internal consultant to cross-functional teams and global peers while managing third-party implementation partners and managed service providers.

Documentation, Training & Change Management: Create and maintain comprehensive user guides, process documentation, and training materials while ensuring all system modifications adhere to corporate change management guidelines.

Global Application Support: Participate in on-call rotations to provide critical root-cause analysis and system troubleshooting for a global user base.

What you must have: Education: University degree or diploma in Information Technology,



Computer Science, Human Resources Management, or a related field (or equivalent blend of education and practical experience).

Analyst Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience operating as a Systems or Business Analyst, with proven experience supporting enterprise-grade systems in a global environment.

Workday Expertise: A minimum of 3 years of hands-on Workday configuration experience spanning one or more modules (such as HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, Compensation, Talent, Learning, Integrations, or Reporting).

Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to distill intricate technical jargon into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders.

Problem-Solving Agility: Strong analytical capabilities to navigate overlapping functional and technical challenges while prioritizing competing demands in an organized manner.

Global Collaboration: Comfortable working with multi-disciplinary, cross-functional teams and flexible enough to accommodate occasional meetings outside standard hours to support diverse time zones.

Valued Assets: Active Workday Certification, IIBA designation, or a background working closely with Human Resources processes are highly preferred.

Salary/Rate Range: $120,000- $130,000 Thank you for your interest in this chance.
