What Youll Do As our Front of House Manager, youll help keep the restaurant running smoothly before, during, and after service.

Your responsibilities will include: Prepare and organize the front of house for daily service Support, lead, and schedule FOH staff Make sure guests receive friendly, attentive, and high-quality service Be a visible and approachable leader for the team during busy shifts Jump in and support staff when things get busy Communicate daily priorities, updates, and direction clearly to the team Handle guest concerns professionally and work to create positive dining experiences Manage weekly beverage inventory Participate in management meetings and help implement restaurant policies, promotions, and initiatives Help maintain a positive, respectful, and team-focused workplace Our experienced team knows their jobs well,



so this isnt a role where youll need to constantly micromanage.

Your focus will be on supporting your team, keeping service organized, and making sure our guests leave happy.

What Were Looking For You may be a great fit if youre currently an experienced server or bartender who is ready to take the next step.

Previous FOH supervisor or management experience is an asset, but it is not required.

What You Bring 35 years of restaurant serving and/or bartending experience Previous FOH leadership experience is an asset, but not required High school diploma or equivalent Smart Serve certification is an asset Food Safety certification is an asset WHMIS certification is an asset First Aid certification is an asset If youre missing any of the above certifications,
