As a key partner to the regional Health & Safety Manager, you will implement safety strategies and provide guidance on fulfilling OHS requirements. With 3-5 years of experience, you will conduct risk assessments, assist in training, and oversee incident investigations to ensure a protected working environment. This one-year position is pivotal in maintaining Amrize's safety standards across projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver health and safety coaching to site leaders
• Coordinate and facilitate safety training programs
• Conduct risk assessments and develop safety protocols
• Assist in compliance with OHS regulations during investigations
• Implement annual health and safety audits and improvement plans
Requirements:
• Post-secondary qualifications in Occupational Health & Safety
• 3-5 years of experience in a related capacity
• CSO/NCSO and COR auditor certifications required
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite applications
• Must hold a valid driver’s license and be available for travel
