Arobas Personnel is seeking a Senior Juniper Network Specialist / Architect for a strategic mandate based in Ottawa. This role will play a critical part in the design, validation, and deployment of a nationwide IP network modernization initiative.100% ON SITE IN OTTAWA***About The RoleThe successful candidate will bring deep expertise in Juniper technologies, particularly Juniper CTP, and will contribute to the development of a secure, scalable, and resilient network infrastructure. Professionals with equivalent experience in legacy TDM circuit emulation technologies, such as Nokia 7705 SAR, are also encouraged to apply.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design, configuration, and deployment of a new Juniper-based Test Lab in Ottawa.Support the physical installation and integration of laboratory and network equipment.Develop and document the production network architecture for a large-scale national rollout across Canada.Provide technical leadership and strategic recommendations on IP-based network modernization initiatives.Configure, optimize, and support Juniper CTP (including CTP View 51) and related monitoring solutions.Advise stakeholders on the effective use of CTP technologies during national deployment activities.Mentor internal technical teams and transfer knowledge on Juniper technologies and best practices.Assist in validating technical requirements and selecting appropriate networking equipment and solutions.Network Monitoring & OperationsProactive fault detection and resolutionEnd-to-end network latency monitoringBandwidth utilization analysis and capacity planningAutomated alerts and incident managementMonitoring platform scalability and future readinessData analytics, reporting,
