Hello, we are a happy and easygoing family of two: mom and daughter.

My sweet husband, and my daughters father, passed many years ago.

Since then, we have become quite a team of two.

We live in a beautiful natural setting with a lake, forests, trails and several nearby quaint villages.

My daughter has epilepsy (controlled by medication) and is neurodivergent.

She is a teenager who is remarkably clever and interesting, and quite lovely actually. I need a nanny to act as companion to her and assist with her activities, education, jobs, and self care.

My goal is to help her become more independent.

The position is part-time with a minimum of 20 hours and a maximum of 35 hours/week.

You must love animals as we have two amusing cats and a very sweet dog.

Furthermore, my daughter wants to work and volunteer with animals, for which you may need to supervise.

Some light housekeeping duties and assistance with meal preparation also come with the job.

My ideal candidate would have experience working with teenagers, be CPR certified,



and have an enthusiastic, warm, easygoing personality, as well as a positive nature.

Experience working with children who are neurodivergent is a plus. I am open to both live-in and live-out arrangements, and we are offering a competitive hourly rate of $19.00 (a higher rate possible for extremely qualified carers). I value someone who is reliable, organized, and responsible, who can create a structured as well as a secure and interesting environment for my child. A working knowledge of French would be helpful and you must know how to swim (we have an in-ground pool), as well as how to drive.
