ACCOUNTING MANAGER- York, ON (Retail Company)-$90K-100K Reporting to the CFO, you will support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and business analysis across multiple locations in the GTA. RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepare monthly financial reports, dashboards, and performance analysis.

Develop and maintain budgets, forecasts, and financial models.

Analyze financial results, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide recommendations.

Monitor budget variances and support cost optimization initiatives.

Support year-end financial close and account reconciliations across multiple locations.

Process and review payroll, including remittances and year-end reporting.

Ensure compliance with payroll, tax, GST/HST, and other government reporting requirements.

Support audits, inventory reviews, and internal controls.

Track project costs and evaluate financial performance of business initiatives.

Review credit card transactions and investigate financial discrepancies.

Assist with insurance administration, investment reporting, and other ad hoc financial projects.

Support and collaborate with the accounting team to improve processes and reporting.

Develop and maintain advanced Excel reports and financial tools. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor''s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 35 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A;, or accounting.

Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.

Experience with payroll processing and government remittances is an asset.

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.

High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
