L''quipe mcanique est responsable de notre catalogue de produits.

Cela inclut le maintien de notre gamme de produits, ainsi que le dveloppement continu de notre machine.

Ce groupe est responsable de grer et de rsoudre tous les ECR ainsi que de travailler en troite collaboration avec le groupe de gestion de produit pour laborer la feuille de route de notre produit.

Cela inclut une nouvelle rvision de la machine, une nouvelle gnration de machines, le dveloppement de nouvelles options et bien plus encore.

Le leader sera galement invit collaborer avec l''quipe de contrle.

Nous recherchons un concepteur mcanique expriment, capable de superviser un groupe de concepteurs tout en influenant la qualit de la conception Rsultats de ce rle: Planification et dlgation du travail l''quipe en collaboration avec le gestionnaire de produit Collaborer avec le gestionnaire de produit et le gestionnaire de l''ingnierie pour dfinir notre feuille de route produit et notre plan de projet Guider les designers tout au long de leurs projets en examinant et en approuvant le design et en s''assurant que la qualit est conforme aux normes; Travailler avec d''autres dpartements et l''quipe d''ingnierie pour livrer le meilleur produit possible Aidez btir et dfinir notre catalogue de produits grce notre approche modulaire de la conception de machines Fournir un soutien proactif, rapide et prcis l''quipe en prparant divers documents, rapports, suivi des indicateurs cls de performance, etc. la recherche de: Diplme collgial dans un domaine pertinent Le baccalaurat en gnie mcanique est un atout Une exprience en tant que concepteur mcanique est requise L''exprience en conception de machines est un atout L''exprience en leadership est un atout La connaissance de l''ERP (Syspro) / Base de donnes, Auto

About the position: Working under the Mechanical Design Lead, your team consist of multiple mechanical designers.

The mechanical team is responsible of our product catalogue.

This includes the sustaining of our product line, as well as the continuous development of our machine.

This group is responsible to manage and solve all ECR as well as work closely with the Product Management group to work on the roadmap for our product.

This includes new revision of machine, new generation of machine, new options development and many more.

The leader will be asked to collaborate with the controls team as well.

We are looking for an experience mechanical designer with leadership ability that can supervise a group of designers while influencing the quality of the design.

Job Responsibilities: Planning and delegating the work for the team in collaboration with the Product Manager Collaborate with the Product Manager & Engineering Manager to define our product roadmap and project plan Guiding designers through their projects by reviewing and approving the design and making sure the quality is up to standard; Working with other departments & the engineering team to deliver the best product possible Help build and define our product catalogue with our modular approach to machine design Provide proactive, timely and accurate support to the team in the form of preparing various documents, reports, track KPIs etc.

Qualifications:



College Diploma in relevant field Bachelors Mechanical Engineering is an asset Experience as a mechanical designer is required Machine design experience is an asset Leadership experience is an asset Knowledge of ERP (Syspro) / Database, Auto

Cad, Solid
