Our client is looking for a hands-on Site Supervisor who knows how to keep projects moving, teams aligned, and quality high.

The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily in office construction activities, coordinating trades, and ensuring projects are executed according to schedule, budget, and quality standards.

and standards Enforce health and safety policies and ensure a safe work environment Schedule and coordinate trades, materials, and equipment Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues in a timely manner Maintain accurate site documentation, including daily logs and reports Required Qualifications: Minimum 35 years of experience in commercial construction 2+ years proven experience leading teams and managing subcontractors effectively Solid understanding of health and safety regulations Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Valid drivers license and clean driving abstract Bonus Points For: Journeyman carpenter certificate Right People.
