Studio/Department Part of a community that connects across the globe. Part of a community that connects across the globe. As the Senior Program Manager, Playtesting Programs , you will define and drive the strategy, roadmap, and evolution of EA's community playtesting ecosystem.
Reporting to the Director, Data, Player and Quality Insights, you will shape how player feedback is collected, analyzed, and integrated into game development through large-scale programs such as Battlefield Labs, the skate. Define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for PQI's large-scale playtesting programs, delivering cross-functional initiatives that enable game teams to leverage player feedback more effectively across all stages of development. Translate strategic objectives into scalable experiences, workflows, and capabilities that increase playtesting effectiveness, player participation, and insight quality.
Develop and communicate a compelling vision that aligns executives, stakeholders, and delivery teams, while building strategic partnerships across EA and with external partners to drive the evolution of player-centric development. Partner with PX researchers, data analysts, producers, and studio teams to uncover player behaviours, feedback trends, and opportunities that inform program strategy, roadmap decisions, and development priorities. Define and monitor key performance indicators that evaluate the effectiveness, quality, and value of player engagement initiatives.
Anticipate organizational, technical, and operational risks, proactively driving alignment and mitigation strategies. 10+ years of experience in Program Management, Product Management, Production, Game Development, Live Operations, or related disciplines, with ownership of complex programs, products, platforms, or strategic initiatives. Bachelor's degree in Business, Product Management, Game Development, Computer Science, or a related field. Deep experience with large-scale game playtesting, player feedback systems, player engagement programs, production workflows, or live and in-development titles.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with experience using data and customer insights to inform program, product, or development decisions.
Experience building alignment across diverse stakeholder groups, including senior leadership and executive audiences. Demonstrated success leading complex initiatives with significant organizational impact without direct people management responsibility. Exceptional communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. For Canada, we offer a package of perks including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees.
