This role is responsible for attracting, screening, and qualifying candidates for our fast-paced Rapid Track Manager in Training program. Engage in both active and passive recruiting while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Key Responsibilities:

- Source and recruit manager candidates for our diverse needs
- Screen, qualify, and interview potential hires proficiently
- Conduct online and in-person passive recruiting activities
- Coordinate panel interviews and manage candidate packets
- Assist and support Recruiters in various locations Requirements:
- 2-3 years in full cycle recruiting roles
- 2+ years experience in passive candidate sourcing
