- Mentor staff on reliability best practices Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- 7+ years in industrial maintenance or reliability engineering
- Expertise in EAM/CMMS platforms, especially Maximo
- Solid skills in reliability tools like RCA and RCM
