We're partnering with a growing automation OEM that designs and builds custom automated manufacturing systems for leading automotive manufacturers across North America.

As a Senior Robot Programmer, you'll play a key role in developing, programming, commissioning, and optimizing robotic automation systems while working alongside a highly skilled team of engineers, designers, electricians, and project leaders.

What You'll Be Doing

- Program and commission Fanuc robotic systems

- Develop robot paths, program structures, and offline programming solutions

- Configure robot I/O, PLC communications, weld interfaces, and network architecture





- Support robotic welding and material handling applications

- Lead installations and commissioning activities both in-house and at customer sites

- Troubleshoot robotic systems and resolve technical issues

- Mentor junior robot programmers and support project execution

- Collaborate with engineering, controls, electrical, and project management teams

What We're Looking For

- 7+ years of Robot Programming experience

- Strong Fanuc programming expertise

- Experience within custom automation or machine building environments

- Background in robotic welding, spot welding, arc welding, or material handling applications

- Knowledge of Ethernet/IP communications and robotic safety standards

- Ability to travel throughout North America as required

- Valid driver's licence and passport

Preferred Experience

- KUKA, ABB, or Yaskawa programming experience

- Offline simulation experience

- Automation, robotics, mechatronics, or related technical education
